An international tradition since 2011

Ideas travel farther
when we travel together.

The International Pawn Symposium began in 2011 at The Ritz-Carlton in Naples, Florida. It was followed in 2012 by The Ritz-Carlton in Georgetown, Cayman Islands, and then in October 2025 by Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas. Created by Pawnshop Consulting Group, the Symposium brings serious operators, industry leaders and trusted partners together beyond the convention floor. The result is candid conversation, global perspective and relationships that endure long after everyone returns home.

A global tradition

The road to
the return.

The Symposium has always been about changing the setting to change the conversation—bringing ambitious pawn professionals together in places that broaden perspective.

The Symposium difference

Business insight.
World perspective.

The International Pawn Symposium was created for the conversations that rarely happen in a ballroom—and the ideas that emerge only when accomplished people share a remarkable place.

01

Serious conversation

Direct exchange with experienced pawn operators, trusted partners and industry leaders.

02

Extraordinary setting

A carefully selected destination designed to inspire perspective, connection and discovery.

03

Enduring relationships

A smaller, more personal experience where the network becomes part of the value.

What to expect

Come for the knowledge.
Leave with perspective.

  • 01Focused education and operator-led discussion
  • 02Candid conversations beyond the convention floor
  • 03Destination experiences shared with industry peers
  • 04Relationships that continue long after the journey
